The program benefit year starts July 1 of the current year and ends June 30 of the following year. Only complete applications can be properly assessed.

To apply for the Alberta Seniors Benefit program, use the following forms that are available in portable document format. If you do not have Adobe Reader to open portable document format files, you can download it for free, or call the Alberta Supports Contact Centre at 1-877-644-9992 to have an application package mailed to you.
